If you scanned the plans using Batch Mode in WideImage, the page names will default to Page1, Page2, Page3, etc. You can easily rename the pages with the powerful Batch Rename Batch renaming is a way to rename a large number of files in one simple step. feature of PlanTek PlanTek is a fully paperless plan management software developed specifically for designers, and integrates with MiTek's eFrame software..
Click File > Batch Rename
to start
Batch Rename dialog opens.
Current: shows current name of the plan page.
Next click any one of the four corner arrows to select view on plan where name is to be found. (example: clicking the lower left arrow will take you to the lower left corner of the plan. shown below)
Then type the New: name of the plan page (For example: 1 Site Plan, 2 Floor Plan, etc... shown above)
Now click one of the following:
Save & Prev. this will save new name and take you to the previous plan page.
Save & Next
this will save new name and take you
to the next plan page.
Tip: After entering new name press the Return key, it will save
current page and jump to next page in list.
Complete steps 4 and 5 until all pages are renamed. PlanTek will keep you in the same corner of plan selected above, while completing the renaming process.
